GoodHelp uses GoodHelp
We run our own marketing, research, finance, and ops on the same AI agents we sell to you.
See the agents we use →One subscription. Every department. Audit-ready.
GoodHelp ships 20+ production agent templates spanning finance, marketing, sales, support, engineering, and ops. Every action is attributable, contemporaneously logged, and exportable as auditor-grade evidence — the same discipline Hour Timesheet gives DCAA timekeepers.
Spin up an agent
Pick a department template — CFO, CMO, CRO, CTO, Support, Ops — and give it your context. The agent works inside your tools.
Set the guardrails
Approval thresholds, tool/data scope, cost caps, segregation of duties. Auditable from day one. No surprises.
Get the work done
Unexpected-charge alerts. Weekly P&L. Content shipped end-to-end. Pipeline outreach. Early warnings before things break. While you sleep.
Operating intelligence over your system of record
The operating layer for your books.
GoodHelp doesn't just report on your numbers — it works them. Hire an AI Finance/Ops department that lives on top of Hour Timesheet, Minute7, and your ledger, reads the truth they keep, and — with your approval — acts on it.
GoodHelp — operating intelligence
The operatorAI departments that read your records, watch them, and — with your approval — act on them. Reconciliation briefings before you ask. Anomalies flagged the day they happen. The back-office work, done.
Your system of record — Hour Timesheet · Minute7 · LMNTL General Ledger
The truthHour Timesheet and Minute7 keep the hours, expenses, and payroll true; the LMNTL General Ledger keeps the books true. The records every gated action is checked against and logged back into.
Two layers, one company. We built both — and we run our own books on them.
When our outgoing COO moved on, we didn't backfill the role — we shipped her playbook as agents in ~8 engineer-days, covering 53 of 53 responsibilities. Today 17 production agents run LMNTL itself across finance, marketing, support, and engineering — on the same stack we sell you.
Read the full case study →Financial actions are private beta and human-approved — never on autopilot. An agent proposes; a person approves; the ledger keeps the receipt.
DCAA-aligned controls, attribution, and exportable evidence — the same audit discipline behind every gated action. See the Trust Center →
Built for portfolios, not single sites
Most tools assume you have one business. GoodHelp assumes you have several — and gives every one its own goals, budget, and agents. Founders, agencies, and holdcos run their whole portfolio from one login, with billing shared across orgs at no extra cost.
Founder portfolios
Run several ventures from one cockpit
Each venture is its own org with its own goals, agents, and budgets. Switch between them in one click — the agents stay focused on the venture you’re in.
Agencies
One dashboard per client, one bill for you
Spin up an org per client, route billing back to your agency org, and let each client’s agents ship the work. White-label optional.
Holdcos
Portfolio-level visibility, portco-level autonomy
Set a budget per portco, have its agents report progress against goals, and roll the numbers up to the holdco view — no manual spreadsheets.
The work, shipped — guaranteed and priced by the output
Every output is reviewed before you commit. Reject it within 7 days and you're refunded — no subscription on the work itself, just a pre-spend estimate every time.

How we run our own company
Our COO retired. She suggested we rebuild her role as agents.
COO responsibilities mapped
Mapped to a named owner
Every high-risk action
Independently reviewed for gaps
Her idea, on her timeline — and we took her up on it. The role now runs on the same agents an SMB customer hires from us today: CFO, Vendor Watchdog, Content Autopilot, CRO, Support, and a CTO that ships its own business digests. Real agents running our own books, not a demo.
Why GoodHelp?
Guaranteed results
Every output is reviewed before you commit. Reject it within 7 days and you're refunded — in full, automatically.
Two pricing models, one bill
Outputs are pay-per-result ($10 articles, $2.50 profiles). Agents are usage-based ($5/agent/month + token markup, 30% on our tokens or 15% if you bring your own keys). Both roll up under one Org subscription.
Expertise built in
Cutting-edge AI handles the research, strategy, and writing — built for business owners, not marketing professionals.
Scales with you
One venture or twenty. Each Org keeps its own goals, budgets, and agents, and billing rolls up to one account.
Audit-ready architecture, by design.
Every agent action is attributable, logged the moment it happens in a tamper-evident record, approval-gated above the thresholds you set, restricted to the tools and data you allow, and exportable as auditor-ready evidence. The controls regulated-industry customers expect.
Frequently asked questions
Can I manage multiple ventures from one account?
Yes. GoodHelp’s org model is built for portfolios — founders running multiple ventures, agencies serving multiple clients, and holdcos overseeing multiple portcos all work from a single login. Each org gets its own goals, budgets, agents, and content, and multi-org accounts can share billing across orgs at no extra cost.
How does pricing work?
Two models, working together. Outputs (SEO articles, competitor profiles, audience profiles, social posts) are per-piece — $10 an article, $2.50 a profile, usage-based for social — and refundable: reject within 7 days and you’re credited in full, automatically. Agents are usage-based — $5/agent/month plus a 30% markup on token usage (or 15% if you bring your own keys). An Org subscription is the billing container; multi-org accounts can route billing for any Org to a primary Org’s payment method. The pricing page has the full breakdown.
What kinds of work can the agents do?
GoodHelp ships 20+ production agent templates across every SMB department — Finance (CFO, Vendor Watchdog, Bookkeeper), Marketing (CMO, Content Autopilot), Sales / RevOps (CRO, Lead Scout, Outreach), Support / CS (Support Agent, Knowledge Manager), Product Eng (CTO, QA Engineer, Documentation), Ops / Strategy (COO, Chief of Staff, Org Health Monitor), and Compliance. Marketing outputs (SEO articles, social posts on 8 platforms, competitor and audience profiles) are the most-shipped category today, but every agent is production-ready. See the agent catalog for the full list.
What systems do the agents connect to?
Agents work inside your existing tools, not their own dashboard — Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, Stripe, Mercury, GitHub, your CRM and content systems, and the model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). Each agent has a per-agent allow-list of which tools and which data it can touch; nothing else.
Do I need technical or marketing experience to use GoodHelp?
No. GoodHelp is built for business owners, not marketing or engineering professionals. You set the goal, the budget, and the guardrails; the agents do the research, drafting, and routine work, and you keep every judgment call.
What stops an agent from doing something I don’t want?
Per-agent runtime policies. Each agent has an allow-list of tools and data, a cost ceiling, an egress allow-list, and approval thresholds — actions above the threshold need a human sign-off before they happen. Outputs are reviewable before you commit, and the refundable ones (articles, profiles, social posts) can be rejected within 7 days for a full automatic refund.
How fast do the agents work?
Most outputs are ready in under 5 minutes; SEO articles with deep research take a few minutes longer. Recurring agent work — vendor charge alerts, daily cash, pipeline review, weekly digests — runs on a cadence you set. You’ll get a notification when something is ready for review.
Can I edit, override, or reject what an agent produces?
Yes — every output is fully editable, every agent action is reviewable, and every refundable output can be rejected within 7 days for a full automatic refund. GoodHelp gives you a strong, research-backed starting point; you keep the judgment call.
