Pay for what you ship.
Pay for what you run.

Outputs are per-piece and refundable. Agents are usage-based with a bring-your-own-keys option. One Org subscription holds it all together — and Hopper, the built-in orchestrator, is included with every Org.

1. Outputs you ship

Per-result, with a money-back guarantee

Each output (article, competitor profile, audience profile, social post) has a fixed or pre-estimated price. Review it, accept it — and if it's not right, reject it within 7 days and you're refunded in full.

2. Agents that run them

Usage-based, with bring-your-own-keys

Agents — CFO, CMO, CRO, Support, Ops, and the rest — run on your token budget. $5/agent/month plus a markup on token usage. Pay 30% with our model accounts, or just 15% if you bring your own keys.

These aren't tiers — they're two dimensions of one model. Some agents drive jobs and deliver outputs end-to-end. You can also drive agents yourself, or have Hopper orchestrate everything.

Social post

Usage-based per platform variant

Short-form posts tailored to each connected platform (LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest). Every pipeline shows a pre-spend estimate.

Refund within the 7-day review window credits the full job. After the window, individual rejected items are credited proportionally. Every pipeline shows its cost estimate before it runs.

Agents

Run on our tokens, or yours.

Spin up CFO, CMO, CRO, Support, Ops, and engineering agents. Each one runs on a usage-based rate, with hard cost caps and a per-agent budget so nothing surprises you at month-end.

Platform tokens

Default

$5 per agent / month

+ 30% on top of token usage cost

We handle the model provider accounts (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and bill you one consolidated number — no separate API invoices to reconcile, no surprise lockouts.

  • One bill, one payment method
  • Cost caps and budgets per agent
  • No model-provider account to manage

Bring your own keys

Save 50% on markup

$5 per agent / month

+ 15% on top of your own API costs

Plug in your own OpenAI / Anthropic / Google keys and pay GoodHelp a thinner margin on top of what you already pay the model providers directly.

  • Your keys, your provider relationships
  • Half the markup of the platform tier
  • Same agents, same budgets, same audit trail

Per-agent cost ceilings, separation-of-duties approval thresholds, and a hard budget cap per Org. Every action is contemporaneously logged in a tamper-evident audit trail — see the Trust Center.

Hopper

Your built-in orchestrator.

Hopper is the assistant that comes with every Org. Ask Hopper anything about your agents, costs, or content. Use it to set up agents, start jobs, check on goals, or route work between agents — Hopper does the busywork so you don't have to click through 12 screens.

Hopper is included with every Org subscription, and we're actively moving toward making most platform-driving use with Hopper free as a default — track the work in issue #7249.

How the two models fit together.

It isn't a choice you make. It's how the work itself is shaped: agents run, outputs ship, Hopper orchestrates.

Step 1 · Direct

Drive an agent yourself

Tell the CMO agent to ship 3 SEO articles this week. The agent runs on usage-based pricing; the articles bill at $10 each, refundable.

Step 2 · Orchestrated

Let Hopper coordinate

Ask Hopper to "spin up next month's content plan." Hopper sets up the right agents, kicks off the jobs, routes outputs for your review.

Step 3 · Reviewed

Approve, edit, or reject

Every output lands in your review queue. Approve and it ships; reject within 7 days and you're refunded — automatically.

One Org subscription holds it all.

The Org is the billing unit. Agents and outputs both accrue as usage on top. Multi-org accounts — founders, agencies, holdcos — can route billing for any Org to a primary Org's payment method, so you don't pay multiple subscriptions to manage multiple ventures.

Regulated industries

Any Org can flip on the Regulated Industry profile — 7-year retention, PII filtering forced on, pinned audit-signing version, and signed evidence export. DCAA-aligned controls, audit-ready by design. If your contracting officer needs a control crosswalk, our compliance team can share it.

Pricing questions

What does the refund guarantee actually cover?

Reject any output within 7 days of delivery and the full job is credited back to your subscription — automatically, no ticket needed. Past the 7-day window, individual rejected items are credited proportionally so the per-item rejection still costs you nothing.

How does bring-your-own-keys (BYOK) work?

You connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google API keys to your Org. Agents use those keys for their token calls — you pay the model provider directly for the raw API usage, and pay GoodHelp a 15% margin (vs. 30% on the platform tokens tier) plus the $5/agent/month.

Are there hard spending limits?

Yes. Every agent has a per-agent monthly budget cap, and every Org has a top-level cap. Pipelines pre-estimate cost before they run, and approval thresholds let you require human sign-off above a dollar amount you set.

How does multi-org billing work?

One human can manage many Orgs (a venture portfolio, a client roster, a holdco). Any Org's billing can be routed to a primary Org's payment method, so you don't pay multiple subscriptions to manage multiple ventures.

Can I see the audit trail for everything an agent did?

Yes. Every agent action is contemporaneously logged in a tamper-evident, hash-chained audit log (HMAC rooted in Cloud KMS). The Regulated Industry profile pins that retention at 7 years and turns on signed evidence export for auditors.

Is Hopper free?

Hopper is included with every Org. Today its token usage bills like a normal agent; we're working on making most platform-driving Hopper use free as a default (issue #7249). When that ships, the page will say so plainly.
