LMNTL Calendar Sync
The record of your week already exists — it is sitting in your calendar. LMNTL Calendar Sync reads it, read-only, and turns your meetings into draft time entries against the right charge code. You review and approve. Nothing is submitted for you.
Limited release. LMNTL Calendar Sync is being rolled out to selected Hour Timesheet customers. Talk to us to join.
Timesheets Ask You to Remember What You Already Recorded
Nobody forgets to attend the meeting. They forget to write it down afterwards — and then rebuild the week from memory on Friday.
The Work Is Already on Your Calendar
Client calls, site visits, internal reviews — the record of where your week went already exists. It just lives somewhere your timesheet cannot see, so everyone retypes it by hand.
Friday Afternoon Reconstruction
Timesheets filled in at the end of the week are memory exercises. Reconstructed hours are the least accurate hours you will ever bill, and the hardest to defend if anyone asks.
The Same Meeting, Coded the Same Way, Forever
The recurring Tuesday client sync maps to the same charge code every single week. Re-selecting it by hand is pure repetition — and repetition is where entry errors come from.
How It Works
Three steps, and the third one gets shorter every week.
Connect Your Calendar
Sign in with Microsoft 365 or Google and grant read-only access to your calendar. LMNTL Calendar Sync reads events. It never creates, edits, moves or deletes anything on your calendar.
Meetings Become Draft Entries
Your events arrive as draft time entries against the right charge code — already dated, already timed. Drafts are a starting point, not a submission: nothing reaches a timesheet until you review it.
You Approve, It Learns
Correct a charge code once and it remembers the mapping for that kind of event. The recurring meeting you code the same way every week stops asking.
What It Will and Will Not Do
Calendars are personal. The limits matter as much as the features, so here they are in plain terms.
Read-Only, By Design
We request the narrowest scope that works — permission to read events, and nothing else. Your calendar cannot be changed by this integration, because it was never granted the ability to.
Nothing Is Submitted Behind You
Every suggestion lands as a draft you accept, edit or discard. A person decides what goes on the timesheet — which is what a defensible timekeeping record requires.
Fits DCAA-Aligned Timekeeping
Drafts flow into the same daily entry, supervisor approval and audit-trail workflow Hour Timesheet already runs. The compliance model does not change because the suggestion came from a calendar.
Outlook and Google Calendar
Works with Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com calendars, and with Google Calendar. Connect one or both.
Never Sold, Never Shared, Never Training Data
Calendar data is used to suggest your time entries and for nothing else. It is never sold, never shared with third parties for advertising, and never used to train generalized AI models.
Disconnecting Actually Disconnects
Disconnect and we revoke our access with your provider and delete the drafts derived from it. Leaving is one click, and it takes the data with it.
Built for Hour Timesheet
LMNTL Calendar Sync is part of Hour Timesheet, our DCAA-aligned timekeeping platform. Drafts enter the same daily-entry, approval and audit-trail workflow your team already uses — the calendar only suggests, it never bypasses.
How we handle calendar data is set out in our privacy policy.
